Terms of use

DrawAI Oman ("DrawAI", "we") is provided by Zaher Bin Mabrouk Masn Trading Est. (trading as Zaher Tech Solutions), commercial registration no. 1277601, Sultanate of Oman.

These terms form an agreement between us and the company or engineer who uses DrawAI ("you"). When a company administrator accepts them, they bind the company and every engineer it adds.

You accept these terms when you submit an access request, sign in or use the service. Electronic acceptance is binding under the Electronic Transactions Law (Royal Decree 69/2008).

DrawAI is for engineering professionals and companies. Do not use it if you cannot accept these terms or are not authorised to accept them for your company.

Drawing review: checks drawing sets, building models (IFC) and structural analysis results against the rules you choose, and issues a review report with a verification code.

Structural design: from the grid, storeys, materials and loads you enter, builds and analyses a frame model and produces a preliminary design of slabs, beams, columns and footings, a calculation report, drawings (DXF) and a STAAD.Pro model.

AI features, where enabled, read drawing text or fill a form from your description. They run on DrawAI’s own servers.

DrawAI is a tool that supports the engineer. It does not approve or certify drawings or buildings, and it is not a licensed engineering consultancy.

The engineer and the consultancy who sign the drawings remain fully and solely responsible for the design, the calculations, the inputs and the submission. Automated results can be incomplete or wrong and must be checked by a qualified engineer before they are relied on.

Final approval rests with the competent authority, such as the municipality. A DrawAI report does not replace its review or decision and must not be presented as an approval.

Every structural design produced by DrawAI is preliminary. It must be checked, completed where needed, signed and stamped by a structural engineer licensed in the Sultanate of Oman, who takes professional responsibility for it, before it is used for a permit, tender or construction.

You are responsible for the inputs: dimensions, loads, material grades and the allowable bearing pressure, which must come from a soil investigation report for the site. Results are only as reliable as the inputs.

The scope and limits of the method are stated on every design and calculation report (for example: regular grids, gravity and wind loads only, isolated footings, no seismic design). Do not use a design outside that scope.

You must confirm these points each time you run a design.

Company accounts are opened after we verify the company; individual accounts after we verify the engineering licence or membership. The company administrator manages its engineers and their access.

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account and must tell us promptly if you believe it has been misused.

You keep all rights to the drawings, models and data you upload. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you.

Upload only files you are entitled to share for review, for example as the designer or with the client’s consent. Where files contain other people’s personal data (such as the owner’s name), you are responsible for having the right to share it with us.

Reports, calculation reports, drawings and models produced for your projects are yours to use for those projects.

The DrawAI software, rule sets, report formats and brand remain our property. You may not copy, resell or build a competing service from them.

Each review report has a verification code. Anyone holding the code can see a short summary on drawaioman.com/verify: project name, plot number, company, date, result counts and the drawing file fingerprint. Share the code only with those who should see that summary.

Do not try to access other accounts or data, disrupt or overload the service, probe its security, reverse engineer it, upload malicious files, or present a DrawAI report or design as an approval by an authority or as the work of a licensed engineer who has not checked it.

Misuse may also be an offence under the Cyber Crime Law (Royal Decree 12/2011).

Paid plans and per-use fees are shown in Omani rials before you pay, together with any value added tax due under Omani law.

Payments are made through a licensed payment gateway. We do not see or store your card details.

A subscription runs for the period you paid for. If you cancel, it stays active until the end of that period and is not renewed. Fees for a period already started or a service already delivered are not refunded, unless the law requires otherwise or we failed to provide the service.

We may change prices for future periods; we will tell you at least 30 days before a change applies to your plan.

We work to keep the service available and the rules up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Rule sets and the design method are updated over time; each report states the version used.

We may change these terms. For material changes we will give notice on the platform or by email at least 15 days in advance. The date above shows the current version; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

The service and its results are provided as a tool to support professional judgement, without any warranty that they are complete, correct or fit for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, delay, redesign or construction costs, or the rejection or delay of a submission by an authority, nor for losses caused by inputs you provide or by using a result without the professional check these terms require.

Our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any liability that Omani law does not allow to be limited.

You will compensate us for claims and losses that arise from files you had no right to upload, from misuse of the service, or from presenting a DrawAI result as an approval or as checked work when it was not.

You can close your account at any time by asking us. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, after notice where reasonable, or immediately where needed to protect the service or other users.

After an account is closed, its files and data are deleted as described in the privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. We will first try to settle any dispute amicably within 30 days of written notice; if that fails, the competent courts of the Sultanate of Oman have jurisdiction.

These terms are published in Arabic and English. If the two differ, the Arabic text prevails.
